Please join us from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10th for our meeting at the Feather Sound Country Club entitled: Project Management and Process Improvement, Complimentary Disciplines.
How are Project Management and Process Improvement related? We will compare and contrast these two disciplines, canvass several process improvement methodologies, discuss process improvement as a planned effort, offer tips on how to run a process improvement initiative, and review benefits that can be realized. In these lean times, organizations are not only looking to keep the trains running on time, but also to gain productivity, increase quality, and reduce expenses in their business and operational processes.
